Week 1 – Sunday, 14th September 2025

Focus Area: Graphics Design (CorelDRAW)
In this session, we will introduce students to the basics of graphics design and software concepts. You will learn:

• What software is and its types

• What graphics design is

• Who a graphic artist is

• CorelDRAW basics and its uses

Assignment (10 Marks):

1. Define software and give two examples.

2. List five uses of CorelDRAW.

3. Explain graphic design in your own words.

Week 2 – Sunday, 21st September 2025

Focus Area: Software Development (JavaScript)
This week focuses on the introduction to software development. You will learn:

• What software development is

• The Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its phases

• Tools needed for software development

• An introduction to JavaScript with simple coding examples

Assignment (15 Marks):

1. Define software development.

2. List the six phases of SDLC.

3. Install Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and take a screenshot.

Week 3 – Sunday, 28th September 2025

Focus Area: Graphics Design Project
This session will focus on a hands-on CorelDRAW project where you will create a business advert flyer. You will learn:

• What a business advert is

• Steps to create a business advert

• Practical demonstration of designing a business flyer in CorelDRAW

Practical Task (20 Marks): Design a flyer for NOBIGDEAL ACADEMY TRAINING advert.
Assignment (10 Marks): List five steps required to create a business advert.

Week 4 – Sunday, 5th October 2025

Focus Area: Software Development Project
In the final week, you will work on a JavaScript project where we will build a Student Result Calculator. You will learn:

• How to creat Simple calculator using html, CSS, JS

Final Project (50 Marks):

1. Create a business advert in CorelDRAW.

2. Build a mini software using JavaScript.

EVALUATION & SCORING SYSTEM

The total score for the training is 100 marks, broken down as follows:

• Introduction Video → 10 Marks

• Assignments → 20 Marks

• Practical Tasks → 20 Marks

• Final Project → 50 Marks
  Total: 100 Marks
