STEPS
IN TO FOLLOW INORDER TO CREATE LIMCA LOGO
1. Click
on unit and set the unit you want to use e.g. feet, inches, kilometer, meter
e.t.c.

3. Go
to tool box and double click on
rectangle [Note: a rectangle will be drawn on the drawing page]
4. Go
to tool box and click on eclipses
5. Draw eclipses (circle) on the drawing window
6. Right click on the eclipses( circle)
7. An
option will be displayed
8.
9. Click
on the rectangle( note: this will enable the eclipses to be pinned inside the
rectangle)
11. Click
on the eclipses then click on F12
12 An option will be displayed( outline pen)
click on width and set it in 16.0pt
13 Go
to color and click on white
14. Click
on ok
15. Click
on green on the color palette

1. Draw shape on top of the eclipses
·
Click on the shape you
were able to create
NOTE if if the shape you draw do not look like this
·
Go to property bar you
will see a mini drawing of that shape.
·
Click on the black spot underneath it (options
of shape will be displayed )
·
Click on the shape above
2. Click on the shape then click on F12
3. Option will be displayed click on width and
set as 12.0pt
4. Go
to color and click on white
5. Click on ok
6. Go
to color palette and click on color red
7. Place
shape on top on the eclipses(circle) (note if the shape is behind the eclipses
then click on ctrl+ page up for the red shape or ctrl + page down for the
eclipse
8. Go
to tool box and click on text tool
9. Input
the name LIMCA
10. Go
to the property bar and click on front list
11. Pick the front of your chose but (I will be
making use of elephant text front list)
12. Put text in the middle of the red shape
13. Go to color and click on white
14. Click
on ok
15. Click
on green on the color palette

17. Draw shape on top of the eclipses

Click on the shape you

33. An option will be displayed go to organized and click were you want to save you work

to “save as type” and click on JPG ( this is to enable you convert your work to
image)

CREATION
OF CATOON CHARACTER
Step 1- Click on unit and set the unit you want to use e.g. feet, inches, kilometer, meter e.t.c.
Step 2 Go to page dimensions and set the measurement of your choice for your drawing page
Step 3-
Go to tool box and double click on
rectangle [Note: a rectangle will be drawn on the drawing page]
Step 4-
Go to tool box and click on eclipses
(circle)
Step 5-
Draw eclipses (circle) on the drawing
window
Step 6-
Right click on the eclipses (circle), an
option will be displayed
Step 7-
Click on power clip inside
Step 8-
Click on the rectangle (note: this will
enable the eclipses to be pinned inside the rectangle)
Step 9-
Step 10-
Create two smaller eclipses and place on
top of the lager eclipses
Step 11-
Color the three eclipses black
Step 12-
Go to tool box
Step 13-
Step 8-
An option will be displayed, click on basic
shape
Step 9-
Left click and drag [mouse ] in order to
create/ draw a shape
Step 10- on the shape you were able to create

Go to property bar you
will see a mini drawing of that shape.

Click on the black spot
underneath it (options of shape will be displayed )
·
Click on heart
Step 11-
Left click and drag [mouse ] again in
order to create/ draw a shape
Step 12-
Go to tool box and click on eclipses
Step 13-
Left click and drag {mouse} in order to
create/ draw a shape \
Step 14-
Edit the recently drawn eclipses into an
oval shape
Step 15-
Place the oval shape above the heart shape
Step 16-
Step 17-
Step 18-
Right click on the new shape which has
been created
Step 19-
An option will be displayed
Step 20-
Click on power clip inside the large
eclipse
Step 21-
Step 22-
Click on edit power clip
Step 23-
Step 24- Click on stop editing content
Step 25-
Step 26-
Power clip the small oval shape inside
the large oval shape
[Note: repeat step 31 – 32
in order to create the second eye]
Step 27-
Step 28-
Click on edit power clip
Step 29-
Step 30- Click on stop editing content
Step 31- Draw a little eclipse
Step 32-
Paint eclipse black
Step 33-
Power clip eclipse inside the large
eclipse
{Note: this is to create
nose for the character}
Step 34-
Step 35-
Draw an eclipse
Step 36-
Go to the property bar and click on arc
Step 37-
Go to change direction and click on it
Step 38-
This will aid you create an arc
Step 39-
Duplicate the arc to create three more
copies of it
Step 40-
Click on one of the arc and enlarge it
Step 41-
Go to tool box and click on pen tool
Step 42-
Use your pen tool to draw this shape
Step 43-
Color the above shape black
Step 44-
Go to basic shape and draw a heart
Step 45-
Step 46-
Set the arcs and the shape above to look
like this
Step 47-
Highlight and click on ctrl + g to group the above
Step 48-
Power
clip the above inside the large eclipses
Step 49-
Go to file and click on export
Step 50-
An option will be displayed go to organized and click were you want to
save you work
Step 51-
Go to “save as type” and click on JPG (

Click on export
