PowerPoint is widely used presentation software developed by
Microsoft. It allows users to create dynamic and visually appealing slideshows
for various purposes, such as business presentations, academic lectures,
training sessions, and more. PowerPoint offers a range of features and tools to
design and deliver professional-looking presentations effectively.
STEPS ON HOW TO OPEN AND USE THE MICR
OSOFT POWER POINT
1. Search
on window for Microsoft power point.
2. Click
on it to open.
3. Go
to the office button and search for “new” tap on it in order to create a slide.
4. Go
to insert click on shapes,
5. Tap on text box
6. Paste
in the slide.
7. Type
in what ever you want to type as your heading in the text box.
8. Go
back to insert click on word art.
9. Pick
the design you want your letter heading it look like.
10.
Go back to insert and click on word art.
11.
Type in what you want inside the text
box.
12.
Go to design pick the back ground design
you want.
13.
Go to animation and pick how you what
your “background to transit”.
14.
Customize how you want your text to
transit.
15.
Go to slideshow click on “from beginning”
in order to cross check your work.
16.
Go back to Animation and click on
“automatically after”
17.
Enter the time space you want for your
presentation.
18.
Save your work.
COMPONENT
OF MICROSOFT POWER POINT
Just like the Microsoft word
Microsoft power point consist of three parts namely:

Ø Menu
bar: just like that of the Microsoft word, Microsoft power point consist of
Home, Insert, Review and View the only difference is that Microsoft word do not
come with Animation, Slide show and Design while Microsoft power point do have.
Ø Tool
bar: tool bar are features of menu bar e.g.
Above is an example of a menu bar with it features
located in the tool bar.
